Are you ready to grow in your God-given calling and develop essential skills to lead others effectively? The Beacon Leadership Academy invites you to join us for a transformative 6-week journey from 3rd September to 8th October 2026.

This year, we are incredibly excited to welcome guest speaker Pastor Chris Swart, who will be teaching our Week 4 session!

Course Details:

• Standard Fee: £120

• Early Bird Offer: Just £60 if you sign up by 10th August!

• Key Requirements: Participants will complete a short next-steps assignment (due two weeks after the course finishes), meet with a dedicated leadership mentor, and receive a certificate of completion.

Course Overview: 6-Week Curriculum

• Week 1: Introduction

  • Overview of the program and its goals.

  • Establishing personal and collective objectives for leadership development.

• Week 2: Identity – Who is God and Who Am I?

  • Exploring your God-given identity.

  • Reflecting on personal identity in relation to faith and life experiences.

• Week 3: Why Am I Here? My Purpose – My Personality, My Gifts

  • Discovering and articulating personal purpose.

  • Identifying personality traits and spiritual gifts.

• Week 4: How Do I Lead Others Well? (with Pastor Chris Swart)

  • Principles of leadership including faithfulness, humility, mentoring and passion.

• Week 5: How Do I Lead Myself Well?

  • Developing self-leadership skills and habits.

  • Creating a self-leadership plan focusing on growth and resilience.

• Week 6: Planted to Flourish

  • Understanding how to serve in this culture and context.

  • Understanding the heart of the matter.
